The Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is a statutory body established under an Act of Parliament, functioning under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. It is responsible for regulating and standardizing training policies, programs, and professional practices in the field of rehabilitation and special education.

Pannadhay University ensures that all relevant programs in the domains of rehabilitation, special education, and allied health sciences are developed and delivered in accordance with the norms and standards prescribed by RCI.
