Every member of the university community may avail
a maximum of two (2) Optional Holidays from the list above during the 2026 calendar year, as per the applicable leave process. University Holidays are fixed and apply to everyone automatically. This calendar is for reference only.

Festival / Occasion (including Sikkim's local festivals) are shown for cultural and informational purposes only. They do not make the university closed and are not treated as leave or off days, unless the same date is separately and explicitly listed as a University Holiday or a selected Optional Holiday.
Notice
Pannadhay University reserves the right to add, remove, reschedule, or otherwise revise any holiday listed in this calendar at its sole discretion, including on account of updated government or local notifications. Please refer to official university circulars for the most current information.
