The curriculum also covers emerging areas like Sustainable Finance and Artificial Intelligence in Business, ensuring that students are industry-ready and future-focused. The M.Com program at Pannadhay University is designed with flexibility in line with NEP 2020 guidelines. Students enrolling in the 2-year M.Com program after completing a 3-year undergraduate degree have the option to pursue only coursework in the third and fourth semesters, undertake coursework in the third semester followed by research in the fourth semester, or focus entirely on research in both semesters. Similarly, students enrolling in the 1-year M.Com program after completing a 4-year undergraduate degree can choose to complete only coursework in both semesters, pursue coursework in the first semester and research in the second semester, or engage exclusively in research throughout the program. This flexible structure allows students to align their academic pathway with their career goals, whether they aim for professional careers or research-oriented roles.
